A little bit about me…

I aim to create accessible and inclusive experiences by bringing the voice of underserved customers to the table. I strongly believe that a successful product is built by working backwards from the users and through the utilization of user research and data.

I have the honor of practicing this in my current role at Amazon Alexa, so far I have led research to support the launches of various Alexa features such as, Show and Tell (‘Alexa, what am I holding’), Call Captioning on Echo Show devices, Care Hub with Alexa, and the Alexa Accessibility Hub.

I have experience utilizing a breadth of remote and in-person research methodologies, including but not limited to the following: accessibility testing, usability testing, accessible research, user interviews, ethnography, surveys, and heuristic evaluations.
